What we collect

If you create an account, we store your email so you can sign in. The Benefit Finder answers you give (ZIP, household size, income, age, etc.) stay on your device for the current session and are not saved to our servers in this version.

Letters you upload

When you use the Letter Explainer, the image or text is sent to our AI helper to generate the explanation and then discarded. We do not permanently store uploaded letters in this version.

Who we share with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with any government agency. We use trusted vendors (hosting and AI) only to provide the service.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Children

GOV.Benefits AI is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
